Tyto zásady popisují, jak Sharksoft (sharksoft.cz) nakládá s údaji při používání webu a aplikací značky Maxíkova škola (např. Tajuplný les). Kontakt: info@sharksoft.cz.

1. Web sharksoft.cz

Web je především informační a marketingová stránka. Nevyžadujeme registraci a nevytváříme uživatelské účty.

  • Cloudflare Web Analytics — web využívá Cloudflare Web Analytics pro anonymní statistiky návštěvnosti (např. počet návštěv stránek). Jde o řešení bez marketingových cookies; neslouží k cílené reklamě ani k vytváření reklamních profilů. Více: cloudflare.com/web-analytics.
  • Technický provoz — při načtení stránek mohou vznikat běžné serverové / CDN záznamy (např. IP adresa, typ prohlížeče, čas požadavku) potřebné k doručení webu a zajištění bezpečnosti.
  • Jazyková preference — na stránkách Maxíkovy školy si prohlížeč může uložit volbu jazyka (CZ/EN/DE) do localStorage. Údaj zůstává ve vašem zařízení a neodesíláme ho na náš server.
  • Písma — úvodní stránka může načítat písma z Google Fonts; při tom může Google zpracovat technické údaje o požadavku podle svých podmínek.
  • Externí odkazy — odkazy na třetí strany (např. Buy Me a Coffee, App Store, Google Play) vedou mimo náš web. Jejich zpracování údajů řídí příslušný provozovatel.
  • Rodičovský PIN na webu — stránka pro zobrazení PINu slouží jen jako pomůcka pro rodiče. PIN se na server neodesílá; jde o lokální zobrazení v prohlížeči po krátké matematické kontrole.
  • E-mail — pokud nám napíšete na info@sharksoft.cz, použijeme zprávu jen k vyřízení vašeho požadavku.

2. Aplikace Maxíkova škola

Aplikace je vzdělávací hra pro děti (orientačně 6–10 let). Navrhujeme ji tak, aby dětské hraní bylo klidné a bez zbytečného sběru údajů.

  • Bez reklam — v dětské části aplikace nezobrazujeme reklamy.
  • Bez veřejného profilu — dítě si nevytváří veřejný sociální profil.
  • Postup a nastavení — herní postup a nastavení se ukládají primárně v zařízení. Rodičovská část (přehled / nastavení) je chráněna PINem.
  • Žádné účty dětí — aplikace nevyžaduje, aby dítě zakládalo účet s e-mailem nebo jménem.
  • Web z aplikace — aplikace může otevřít stránku na sharksoft.cz (např. zobrazení rodičovského PINu). Pro takové návštěvy platí stejná pravidla jako u webu výše, včetně Cloudflare Web Analytics.

Pokud v budoucnu doplníme služby třetích stran (např. hlášení chyb nebo souhrnnou anonymní analytiku v aplikaci), tuto stránku aktualizujeme a v App Store / Google Play to odpovídajícím způsobem uvedeme.

3. Děti

Aplikace je určena dětem, ale komunikaci ohledně soukromí očekáváme od rodičů nebo zákonných zástupců. Nesbíráme záměrně osobní údaje dětí nad rámec toho, co je potřeba pro fungování hry v zařízení.

This policy explains how Sharksoft (sharksoft.cz) handles information when you use our website and apps under the Maxíkova škola brand (for example Tajuplný les / Mysterious Forest). Contact: info@sharksoft.cz.

1. Website sharksoft.cz

The website is mainly informational and marketing content. We do not require registration and we do not create user accounts on the site.

  • Cloudflare Web Analytics — the website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for anonymous traffic statistics (for example page views). It is designed without marketing cookies and is not used for targeted advertising or ad profiling. More: cloudflare.com/web-analytics.
  • Technical operation — loading pages may create ordinary server/CDN logs (for example IP address, browser type, request time) needed to deliver the site and keep it secure.
  • Language preference — Maxíkova škola pages may store your CZ/EN/DE language choice in localStorage on your device. We do not send that preference to our own application server.
  • Fonts — the studio homepage may load fonts from Google Fonts; Google may process technical request data under its own terms.
  • External links — links to third parties (for example Buy Me a Coffee, App Store, Google Play) leave our site. Their data practices are controlled by those providers.
  • Parent PIN on the web — the PIN display page is a parent helper. The PIN is not submitted to a server; it is shown locally in the browser after a short math check.
  • Email — if you write to info@sharksoft.cz, we use the message only to handle your request.

2. Maxíkova škola apps

The apps are educational games for children (around ages 6–10). We design them to keep play calm and to avoid unnecessary data collection.

  • No ads — we do not show ads in the child play experience.
  • No public profile — children do not create a public social profile.
  • Progress and settings — game progress and settings are stored primarily on the device. The parent area (overview / settings) is protected by a PIN.
  • No child accounts — the app does not require a child to create an account with an email or name.
  • Web opened from the app — the app may open a sharksoft.cz page (for example parent PIN display). Those visits follow the website rules above, including Cloudflare Web Analytics.

If we later add third-party services (for example crash reporting or aggregate anonymous in-app analytics), we will update this page and reflect that in App Store / Google Play disclosures.

3. Children

The apps are made for children, but privacy questions should come from parents or legal guardians. We do not intentionally collect children’s personal data beyond what is needed for the game to work on the device.

  • Technischer Betrieb — beim Laden der Seiten können übliche Server-/CDN-Protokolle entstehen (z. B. IP-Adresse, Browsertyp, Zeitpunkt der Anfrage), die für die Auslieferung und Sicherheit der Website nötig sind.
  • Sprachpräferenz — auf den Seiten von Maxiks Schule kann der Browser Ihre Sprachwahl (CZ/EN/DE) in localStorage speichern. Die Angabe bleibt auf Ihrem Gerät und wird nicht an unseren eigenen Anwendungsserver gesendet.
  • Schriften — die Studio-Startseite kann Schriften von Google Fonts laden; dabei kann Google technische Anfragedaten gemäß den eigenen Bedingungen verarbeiten.
  • Externe Links — Links zu Dritten (z. B. Buy Me a Coffee, App Store, Google Play) führen von unserer Website weg. Deren Datenverarbeitung liegt beim jeweiligen Anbieter.
  • Eltern-PIN auf der Website — die PIN-Anzeige dient nur als Hilfe für Eltern. Der PIN wird nicht an einen Server gesendet; er wird nach einer kurzen Matheprüfung lokal im Browser angezeigt.
  • E-Mail — wenn Sie an info@sharksoft.cz schreiben, verwenden wir die Nachricht nur zur Bearbeitung Ihrer Anfrage.

2. Apps von Maxiks Schule

Die Apps sind Lernspiele für Kinder (etwa 6–10 Jahre). Wir gestalten sie so, dass das Spielen ruhig bleibt und unnötige Datenerfassung vermieden wird.

  • Ohne Werbung — im Kinderbereich zeigen wir keine Werbung.
  • Kein öffentliches Profil — Kinder erstellen kein öffentliches Sozialprofil.
  • Fortschritt und Einstellungen — Spielfortschritt und Einstellungen werden vor allem auf dem Gerät gespeichert. Der Elternbereich (Übersicht / Einstellungen) ist durch einen PIN geschützt.
  • Keine Kinderkonten — die App verlangt nicht, dass ein Kind ein Konto mit E-Mail oder Namen anlegt.
  • Website aus der App — die App kann eine Seite auf sharksoft.cz öffnen (z. B. Anzeige des Eltern-PINs). Für solche Besuche gelten dieselben Regeln wie oben für die Website, einschließlich Cloudflare Web Analytics.

Falls wir später Dienste Dritter ergänzen (z. B. Fehlerberichte oder aggregierte anonyme In-App-Analytik), aktualisieren wir diese Seite und geben das entsprechend im App Store / bei Google Play an.

3. Kinder

Die Apps sind für Kinder gemacht, aber Fragen zum Datenschutz erwarten wir von Eltern oder gesetzlichen Vertretern. Wir erheben absichtlich keine personenbezogenen Daten von Kindern über das hinaus, was für das Funktionieren des Spiels auf dem Gerät nötig ist.
